About shipping charges
Complimentary shipping is available throughout Japan.
For international orders, shipping fees vary by destination. Complimentary shipping is available above the following order values:
UK: £29 shipping / Complimentary shipping over £300
EU: €32 shipping / Complimentary shipping over €325
US: $39 shipping / Complimentary shipping over $400
Middle East: AED 160 shipping / Complimentary shipping over AED 1,800

VAT and customs duties
For the UK and EU, VAT is included in the displayed product price.
Customs duties, where applicable, are calculated and prepaid at checkout. Shipping charges are also calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for complimentary shipping.
For the US and other destinations, applicable taxes and customs duties vary depending on the destination and local regulations. Any duties collected by us are calculated and prepaid at checkout.
Customs duties vary depending on the destination, product classification and country of origin. As a general reference, duties on our products are typically around 10–15%, but the exact amount will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

International orders are shipped via FedEx.
The shipping method is determined by MICHAIL GKINIS AOYAMA and cannot normally be selected by the customer.
About delivery time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.
International delivery generally takes approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery may take longer due to customs procedures, natural disasters, major events or other circumstances beyond our control.
About damage during shipping
We take great care in packing every order.
However, minor dents or scratches to the outer packaging may occur during transportation. Such damage to the outer packaging does not constitute product damage.
If the product itself arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with photographs of the item and packaging.
