About shipping charges
Free shipping is available throughout Japan.
Overseas, depending on the country, a shipping fee according to weight will be charged. (No shipping fees are charged during the free shipping campaign.)
VAT and customs duties
VAT and customs duties are payable by the customer on receipt.
For England - VAT is 20%. Customs duties are about 15% but hopefully no customs duties for EPA (Economic Partnership Agreement) between Japan and UK.
About delivery methods
The delivery method is specified by the shop and, in principle, cannot be selected by the customer.
About delivery time
Orders are usually shipped within 3-5 working days.
(In September 2024 it will be shipped whithin about 15days.)
This is not the case in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place. Please note that this may not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are taking place.
About damage during shipping
Although we take great care to avoid dents and scratches on the outer box when packing, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport after the delivery is made to the courier,
However, we ask for your understanding that any dents or scratches on the outer box that occur for any reason during transportation after delivery to the courier company will not interfere with the use of the product.
